Jeanette Haugen
Chief of Product Development
Jeanette leads a team of Software Engineers, Product Management and Quality Assurance with its primary focus on maintaining and building new features for its cloud-based payments automation software ConnectBooster. Jeanette joined ConnectBooster in 2017 and brought nearly 25 years of working in the software development industry with experience in Quality Assurance, Project and Product Management, Microsoft Dynamics and Reporting Software.
Taylor Thorson
Channel Manager
Taylor Thorson is responsible for partner engagement and supporting the company at industry events and in other channel-related activities. Taylor joined ConnectBooster in January of 2020 and has consistently taken on more responsibilities within the MSP ecosystem.
A graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in business and minors in marketing and public relations, Taylor enjoys traveling, being out on the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.
