Your MSP already has the ability to allow customers to pay you by web, mobile, and quotation tools, but now your IT business has the flexible option to collect what is owed to you, as your clients can call in their payments and have that automatically transact with their credit card or ACH method of choice.Here are the key features you need to know.

Key BVoIP Integration Features:

  • Customer can call into company auto attendant and select the option to pay a bill.
  • The system will match inbound caller ID to either the Autotask or Connectwise database to confirm the account.
    • If the caller ID is not available the system will prompt the caller for their company phone number.
  • The system will ask the caller if the company is correct if correct the system will proceed.
    • If not correct the system will transfer the call to a preset customer service queue or extension.
  • The system will then present the open invoices that ConnectBooster indicates are available for payment.
    • The customer can also choose to just make a blank payment in which the system will then take that and apply it to the oldest invoices on the account and pro-rate based on the payment amount vs the outstanding balance.
  • The customer can choose the invoice they wish to pay and then the system will present then with the current payment methods on file with ConnectBooster.
    • If the customer wishes to add a new payment method then can enter a new credit/debit card or ACH information.
  • The system will then ask the customer to record their name in order to approve the transaction.
  • The system will then create a ticket on a preset ticket board in either Autotask or Connectwise with the transaction information along with the attached recorded statement from the caller
