24 Jun G10. I cannot log into the client portal with my client’s credentials

When using a client’s credentials to log in, it tries to take me to the CB Admin area.
- If the use of your client’s credentials is resulting in a error screen which says “You do not have access to the ConnectBooster administration area.” Then the problem is the login page url is remembering your previous admin session and trying to bring you in there again. Go to “(yourprefix).connectboosteronline.com” and give it another try. Do not use any bookmarks you may have previously created.
- If you are attempting to use your client’s username and password to access the portal as they will see it, but are being logged into the CB Admin area instead, then the issue lies with your internet browser. Your browser has cached your admin credentials and is sending your login info instead of the client’s. Clear your browser’s cache or try again with a different internet browser.
