This page provides you with a running list of all pending service tickets.
- Navigate through Service > Open Service Tickets.
- Click on the “Details” link to view the full ticket details.
- The client will have the option to submit additional information for the ticket.
- This additional information will trigger the “customer has updated” alert on the ConnectWise service board, and show any workflow changes.
